"I have stayed a few times now room was tidy , shower may need some attention on grout etc , staff helpful but only feedback breakfast could have been a little better, bacon just cooked ( which some may like) has browns were damp soggy taste, it did the job but was not amazing Overall I like location"

"We have stayed at this venue several times across different types of room & for special occasions. When we arrived at reception our booking (made 9 months ago & reconfirmed) did not appear on their system: quite odd. We got through that. The 16th floor room was nice and spacious. Views across the bay were terrific. No complaints. Nice stay. We would have enjoyed room service however it was not available until 5.30pm. We would rate this stay as a solid 7.5/10. The only negative was that we didn’t feel they gave much attention that this was a special wedding anniversary occasion. Good value for the $$$ we paid. Ta"
