"Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! "

"I did have to clean out the bathtub before I used it. There needs to be more soundproofing between floors. The person above us walked around a lot, and it sounded like he was coming through the floor. Also, there was no instructions on how to work the TV and we had to get help from the front desk. And the clock next to the bed did not work. But the front desk people were very nice."

"Although our stay was short, the staff was welcoming, rooms are small but nicely styled and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice activity room with a pool table available although we didn’t have time to play. Would stay here again :)"
