"Didn’t use laundry or nearby shops. Room was poorly maintained. No provision for hanging clothes. No tissue's or cups provided. Floor was not clean. Bathroom faucet handle was about to fall off. No stopper in sink. TV had No Signal from any source. Good bed, however. Overall Poor rating is generous. "

"I recently spent some time at WaterWalk Phoenix. My stay was excellent. The room was decent, the bed was better than most. However, the staff was one of the best I have ever felt with. I think the people are often overlooked, but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff really made me notice them. They went above and beyond at every opportunity and their dedication shows that they care. That is something that is hard to find today where everyone seems to just be collecting a paycheck. "

"The whole place could use a remodel. When we arrived the toilet was clogged and had to use a condom floating in it. I contacted the front desk and they said they would have somebody take care of it right away. We left for a couple of hours to go have supper and when we came back it was still there. The walls in the bathroom were filthy, and had what appeared to be a blood stain. The bathroom door could not be latched as it looked like someone had kicked the door open and when they repaired the frame, they padded over the hole where the latch would catch. The bed was comfortable for just one night, which was all we needed it for."

"The room was so noisy from frwy traffic was awake all night. Manager was rude when she was told. She said we should have got up in the middle of the nigt and packed up and moved. "

"Cheap rate but we found out why upon arrival. The room we were given was filthy especially the floors both carpet and tile in the bathroom area. There were crusty stains on the carpet and the tile needed a good hard scrubbing. The fixtures looked like they were out of the 1970’s. I guess you get what you pay for. Most rates were $200+ at other locations but this one was $160 discounted to $130 and we found out why."
