“Somewhat difficult to find based on address we received from the booking site, extremely hot in the common areas, did not know there was NO elevator and we were on the 3rd floor! Not a big issue for everyone but my husband has some leg issues so was less than comfortable for us”

“Disappointed that we are unable to use outside fire and lounges. Breakfast was limited and did not change. Requested adjoining rooms and was not given them. ”

“We travel a lot and my children say this is their favorite hotel they have been too! We had a wonderful time staying here on a road trip to Montreal. It was a very relaxing stop and the room was beautiful. We will come again!”
