"I absolutely would NOT recommend this horn to anyone ever. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a “vacation”. The power was out all day on Saturday, I’m pregnant and we were there for my husband’s 30th birthday. What should’ve been a fun getaway turned into a nightmare. I got a room with the jacuzzi, and we couldn’t even use the jacuzzi, nor take a hot shower, nor use the air conditioning. As a pregnant woman I found it unbearable so we just left early and they refused to give any refunds or vouchers or even apologize for this major inconvenience. This stay was entirely a waste of time, money and energy. Do not book this hotel."
