"Staff was great , restaurant was excellent but there was loud banging off n on all night both nights .. either vents or plumbing ? Out of staffs control, but couldn’t sleep well. "

"So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."

"Left behind a bag of clothes and realized it when I got home and was putting everything away out of my luggage. Called the hotel and they said they didn’t find anything. Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Obviously they kept it. Whoever cleaned my room after I departed took it and nothing was done about it. Not honest people!"

"Perfect for our family. Rooms were spacious, modern and well equipped for our 4 night stay. The pool was great, as was the breakfast every night. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Well the room was not ready on time and it took them 2 more hours to get me my room. They never told me when a room was ready I had to ask and it was an old room but it was a nice room. "
