"My flight got in a little late and by the time I collected my bags it was almost 11:00 p.m.. I had trouble finding the correct number to contact the front desk to arrange for the shuttle to pick us up and so it was a minute or two past 11 before I called. The shuttle doesn't run after 11:00 p.m. but Teresa, the front desk clerk called her shuttle driver who had just left and was on his way home. Vijay, the shuttle driver, came and picked us up in his own personal vehicle to take us back to the hotel! I thought this was extraordinary service on the part of both of them and makes me a great fan of this particular hotel. Our room was also clean and very nice and we enjoyed our breakfast the next morning which includes a waffle maker. I will use this hotel again."

"Clean atmosphere "

"Room was very clean and warm. Amenities were excellent. I used the fitness center every morning and being able to have a hot shower was very welcome and relaxing. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and very approachable. It was so nice to see smiles on their faces. This is the third time that we have come here and each time seems to be better than the previous one. It feels like home away from home. "
