โRoom was large and spacious and had a balcony overlooking the river. The riverfront trolley runs by the hotel but has limited hours.

โKen and Candi are a wonderful. Hardworking couple who care that you feel welcomed. Serve a great breakfast. Tell you about all the activities happening in the area. Keep the cookie jar filled for quests. This is a perfect place for the professional who is stressed out. Who needs some serious down time close to the water. Who can just unwind. Walk to some great restaurants. Just chill out in beautiful surroundings.โ
โThe only issue that I had is, I could not find the ice machine. I donโt know if they had one or not, but by the time I looked for one of the office was closed.โ
โA bit pricey but...Location! Great food/drinks within short walk. Sunset from rooftop terrace was awesome. Astoria is cool little town with a pulse. Very walkable. โ

โWe have to share the bathroom and the toilet. The soundproof is terrible. If you are taking your kids, please do not choose this hotel. They can hear some strange(?) sound in the midnight.โ
โWhat a cool little port motel. It's very clean and has all the amenities you need. Ilwaco is close to everything and this would be a great base if you wanted to do some charter fishing. My only knock is that the walls a a bit thin. This is only a problem when people are outside yelling or whistling at each other. The rooms are small and comfy. I knocked a star off staff because there wasn't one. Our bed was cozy. The towels are fluffy. The soaps smell nice. Give Salt a try. โ

โNo breakfast room is clean and nice but they didnโt control the other guests. It was noisy. They had a coffee carafe in the lobby, but no coffee. Staff was very polite and very efficient beds were too hard I will give it a C+.โ
โWe enjoyed the our window and door faced the Columbia river! ( We arrived a bit early and they had a room available for us) When we asked for something we needed they were prompt in giving it to us. Thanks ๐ โ
