“Asked for early check in. Could not accommodate. Normal check in on receipt said 3pm. It was after 4 and still no room. Moved us to a different area. No dressers, no closets. No extra blankets just one thin one on the bed. Just local changes on the tv unless you used your own streaming service. So much dust under the beds. Girls at the desk were very nice I will say but also couldn’t help us. Tried to move to another place but would not refund. Not staying at this chain again. We paid a premium...
