“For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.”

“The check in was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. We were able to check in early and stay an extra night. The room was not very clean at all. There were huge dust bunnies above our bed, bathroom had goo on wall and drawer. The coffee pot was dirty, just lots of not caring about the room cleanliness. The pool was not warm and not 80 as we were told. The hot tub was cloudy. The beach is down the trail but it’s a long way out there so yes there is access but it faster and...
