"Great hotel within 5-10minutes walk from the main JR station. Comfortable rooms and great to have onsen on the top floor. Free noodles and ice cream a bonus. Staff were very friendly."

"It’s actually a very nice hotel. I was just annoyed that they lied to me when I wanted an early check in at 12:00. I was moving from one hotel 500 meters away, so I should have negotiated it from before checking out at the other. Because arriving with bags announces commitment, and gives them the advantage to squeeze money out of you. They wanted 20,000 per extra hour for the early check at 1pm. I refused so they reduced it to 30,000 for 2 hours. I was so tired I had to accept. But I didn’t feel good about it and would not stay again at a hotel that squeezes dollars out of you."

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though. Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."

"Conveniently located, clean, on site laundry facilities, and an extensive, good quality breakfast. Only thing to consider is that there was no wardrobe. If you were traveling alone, like me, it is no big deal. If you will be sharing a room I don’t think it is a deal breaker, but something to consider."

"Very convenient location. Right where all the shopping is at the door step. Near train and tram station too. Good choice for hotel. The only downside is that the standard room for double bed is very cram. Bed is against the wall. Toilet is a bit stinky. Smell of urine very strong. I think they do not wash or clean the toilet floor"

"Nice sized room with space to move around. Everything you need in room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy location with public transport. Lots of nearby restaurants etc"

"A good place to stay, excellent location for Chinatown and some of the churches and port Good, helpful staff, basic room but good for what we needed. When it rained we could use the laundry. Only thing, I booked as we had a rental car, a keicar, but the height was only 155m for the car park which I didn't realise so had to find parking elsewhere. Car park opposite was fine but be aware of that if you have a car."
