A hotel with a motel feel. It’s not dirty or moldy or anything like but very dim lighting, raggedy elevator, construction all over, just an overall low rate vibe, loud ac system. I don't even remember protein being served at breakfast.

Everything was perfect and accessible! Would come book at this hotel for our next Disney trip! Customer service was excellent and continental breakfast was great! The only small complaint we had was that our bathroom in our room could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, would highly recommend this hotel to whoever is going to Orlando :)

Very clean. Hotel staff was amazing great professional and pleasant especially general manager. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was great. Hotel clean and nice.

great location
the hotel was nice and close to all parks, the parking lot sucks need more spots for guest to park at night its hard to find a spot that's anywhere close to the side of the building if that's where your room is at. the elevators were sketchy as all hell. The breakfast was pretty good could of had a better selections maybe bacon or omelet's more cereal options

There was mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. The shower head sprayed so hard water pooled on the floor at times. My hair dryer didn't work and I left mine at home since the website said there was one in the room. The breakfast wasn't very good. Frozen waffles, yuck.

The check in lady was super nice. We needed to add a day to our reservation which she took care of promptly. The breakfast was really good with sausage and scrambled eggs. The courtyard was really nice and loved the big hammock swing. Will definitely stay again!

I was very disappointed that they didn't have the accessible room I requested when I arrived. They did move us twice until they finally got us into an appropriate room. The room was cramped and I could barely get the wheelchair into the bathroom as there wasn't enough space between the bed and the bathroom door. Most of the staff I dealt with about this situation were helpful with the exception of one man on the afternoon shift, who was rude and basically blamed me for not telling them that I needed an accessible room despite the fact that I had an email from the hotel directly advising me that they had booked my accessible room and it would be ready from me on arrival. I loved that it was a hot breakfast every morning, but it would have been better if it had some variety rather than the exact same things every day. would have been nice to switch it up with bacon rather than sausage everyday. I was disappointed that I was unable to use the pool. It was so cold it felt like there were ice cubes in it.

Small bathroom but great outdoor area
We only needed to stay one night here. It was ok for a one night stay. The room was a little small and the bathroom was very small. The outdoor area was very nice and made up for the room size.

Es un lugar bueno para ir solo a dormir. Cruzando la calle hay un McDonalds, CVC, Arbys, y otros restaurantes de comida rápida. Entiendo que tiene una buena ubicación bastante céntrico a todo. En cuanto a la limpieza: Las toallas se veían con manchas y algunas tenían pelo. Algunas fundas de almohadas se veían con manchas amarillas aunque el olor de la ropa de cama en general era a limpio. Me fije que las mesas de noche estaban con polvo y era muy visible, que me da mucho que pensar sobre que tan profunda es la limpieza, porque se veía a simple vista. Con todo lo que está pasando en el mundo con el Coronavirus me parece que es indispensable que se realize una buena limpieza luego de que un huésped hace el check out para desinfectar TODO! Realmente para el precio no puedo pedir mucho, pero hay cosas que son básicas y que debería ser un requisito en todos los hoteles para el bienestar de los huéspedes por más barato que sea. Si existe alguna próxima ocasión llevaría mi toalla y almohada para mi tranquilidad emocional.
