This location was exactly what I needed. The staff was able to accommodate early check in for me. Everything was clean, the staff and bartenders were great and truly the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever had. I was able to store my luggage after check out as well so was able to explore a bit before a late flight. 20 minute walk to City Walk and 20 minute Uber ride to Disney. It was perfect for my quick long weekend!

We loved the location since its right across the street from Universal Studios. The property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff were professional, hotel was clean, well maintained property. Less overall stylish vibe than the Hyatt. One thing I noticed is how damp my room felt. Just a little uncomfortable to sleep in.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Everyone was welcoming. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth. Our suite was very clean and extremely spacious. We had a great view of the fireworks every night. Would definitely stay here again.
