The best thing about the property is the staff and their service! In particular Valerie at the reception ( hope I got this one right), Catalina in the breakfast bar and Linda who was one of the ladies cleaning the rooms. Thank you ladies! You all made my experience great. The property is run down and old. There was a parking fee which I did not know about! Also the property is very close to the tourist venues so it can be noisy at nights.

As a local, the location was great due to being close to the theme parks and walking distance to Icon which was nice. Since they have music, bars and food. Parking was fairly easy but you do have to pay to park.

The hotel is good with the beds, the area is clean, the elevators work and breakfast is fine. But the issue lies with having a $16 per night parking fee. I had to get a refund for it due to the evening having so little parking people had to park in no park zones. We had to worry since the worker parked us near the dumpsters but it was just the only place to be and we still had the car there in the morning but it is NOT worth the parking fee. Be warned on that.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The bathroom could use some updates as the caulk on the sink was hanging and the toilet was rusted but the surfaces where one would touch appeared clean. The shower knob was very loose and appeared it would break pretty soon. I would also like the shower pressure to be harder and it had the shower head the adjusted the pressured, but the water pressure was not hard like I enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the gym and pool were fun. The breakfast was good and gave different options each day. The staff were courteous but one compliant I had is the hotel does not provide enough towels for each guest. I like to have fresh towels each day of my stay in a hotel and there were four of us and they three body towels each day. I had to constantly call downstairs to get more towels. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the location is great.

The room was nice but the AC unit seemed very loud. It woke me up when it would kick on overnight. Also, the parking lot is small and I had to park off-property even though I had paid for parking. The free breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were super friendly.

Location is excellent. I been in other Marriot Hotel, this one is not like a Marriott. The room was clean but very disappointed the conditions the smell humidity not so good. The staff very nice and gentle specially Catalina at the breakfast time she know what to do how treat costumers with respect I clap her, the housekeeping help a lot good service and attention. Manager in charge need to make this hotel better like a real Marriot, need to many changes at the hotel, carpet at the rooms clean the spots, use quality products to wash bedding and towels the smell is terrible. Attention front desk need costumer service clases. It is the first and last impression.
