Our hotel stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff was wonderful and Tiffany specifically went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 13th birthday extra special!!! She truly exceeded our expectations and we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable! We will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. All the rooms with king beds have adjoining doors. I had an issue with an adjoining door that wouldn’t lock and I didn’t feel safe sleeping in that room so they assigned me a room with 2 queen beds which don’t have adjoining doors and they didn’t up charge me for the change. They heard my concern and remedied the problem.

I had a great experience here! The guy working at the pool truck was awesome — great music, awesome drinks, and, most importantly, such a nice person with a great personality. The rooms were very clean, and the lobby has a great atmosphere and smells amazing when you walk in. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. One thing I found especially important was the location. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and other places within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a great experience, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall good value for the location. Easy access to Universal, and was surprised the hotel offered free shuttle service to the parks and City Walk. Was disappointed with breakfast selection, but not a deal breaker. Only other complaint is that the pool is open late (till midnight) and, as we had a pool view room, it was loud at nighttime.
