Amazing staff. Everything in the rooms need to be updated. Ac smelled of mold. Mold around windows. Mold on drapes. Please clean and update these rooms.

It was a very bad experience. The room was dirty, with cockroaches. They didn't provide shampoo, and the towels were supposed to be changed once a week. The front desk is only open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Staff very friendly but you cannot base yourself on the picture on any booking services the hotel is in desperate need of some updating carpets in the rooms are very stain and everything kind of smelled like mildew the bathroom was also in a bad condition the tikibar probably been closes for years its falling appart and same for the minigolf the chairs by the pool are pretty much all busted and all the doors for the rooms look like they were broke into

I try to take others reviews with a grain of salt, but this place is terrible. One step above sleeping under an overpass. The mildew smell is nauseating to the point that you can't sleep and there are a lot of roaches. There are people smoking weed in every corridor. The bathroom was the worst. Blood was smeared across the bathroom curtain and stains from human excrement running down the walls. If you have read this far and are still considering it because of the cost, RUN.

The property was as clean as you'd expect at this price point, so not very (dirty elevators and outside common areas/walkways/stairs). The hotel overbooked and did not have our room available, the room they offered as a replacement smelled like mildew mixed with body odor with a very loud air conditioner positioned in the wall very near the head of the bed. We were asked to check it out and see if it would do, we returned to the lobby and asked if there was anything else available. She indicated there were no other rooms but we could try again tomorrow. We said we were opting to cancel as they did not have the room we reserved. She said it was fine and, when I asked, assured we would not be charged. Two weeks later, Im reviewing my card statement, and sure enough they charged us for the first night of our stay.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Infested & Unsafe We stayed here for one night before being forced to leave due to absolutely disgraceful conditions. Our first room was crawling with cockroaches. When we complained, we offered to be moved to another room, but when taking a look, it was just as bad. The hotel itself was filthy, reeked of drugs, and had very dodgy individuals hanging around the premises. We did not feel safe at all. The smell throughout the property was disgusting, and the general condition was completely unacceptable for any paying guest. We had to spend over £500 on alternative accommodation at short notice, which ruined our holiday and ate into our spending money. This place should not be listed on any booking site. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and should be avoided entirely. Do NOT stay here !!

Not happy- InTown Suites Extended Stay Orlando FL

the place had many little roaches, needed better cleaning service, there were spiderwebs up on the ceiling and ceiling light fixture... the place is not pet friendly but there were many guests with pitbulls and other big dogs. Looks like people actually live at this property. I would not stay there again. The pics are the ad look way better than the room given. it was the last room available so I had no choice.

Where to start! Roaches, yes you read good ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE INSIDE THE ROOMS, in the bathroom, on the wall and top of the counter, we had to buy a bugs spray.. 2nd. The manager was very arrogant and prepotent, rude and misleading.. 3rd.. no room cleaning (supposed is on the brochure that never was handled to us) No towels, only 2 towels per room ( thanks God im always carry and travel with our own towels! 4th dirty hallways, trashed and smelly. 5. The only reason why I keept my reservation is because was already paid, and I didn't want to lose our $954.00 payment.. 6.. please if you are looking for a good hotel, stay away from this property and his manager that is good for nothing but to show up his big body with a small brain.

It was a good stay. Small and comfortable rooms. Only thing they aren’t lending out pots, pan and utensils due to covid so that was my little inconvenience other than that my stay was great.

The photos versus what I saw in the room was totally different. Online it’s says new update rooms. Definitely didn’t look that way. Customer service was horrible. Some employees acted as if you are in their house staying for free. Never even smiled. Lots of things to improve starting with friendlier stuff.

Not What You Think

I was here for a week and every time I wanted to use the swimming pool, there was intermittently a padlock on it. One time the staff said that Covid was the cause. Then I was told "there was an incident in the pool." Then the staff said that some safety device was missing from the pool area and would not be in place for at least another week, so I was unable to use the pool at all during 90° weather. But that was less disconcerting than the discovery I made upon settling into my room. While all of the advertising I saw for this hotel touts a "fully equipped kitchen," I discovered that the kitchen is, in fact, bare. There are no pots or pans, no plates, cups, glasses, silverware, a can opener. There is not even a coffee maker! And I can't remember the last time I stayed in ANY hotel that did not have a coffee maker! So... 3,000 miles from home, I discovered that I had no way to prepare meals and now had to go out and buy pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, with money I don't have for things I just had to throw in the garbage at the end of my stay because I couldn't take them on the airplane home with me. That was nuts! And having stayed in about a dozen extended stay hotels throughout the country in the last couple years, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I've arrived to discover that a "fully equipped kitchen" had no equipment whatsoever! I was also told that there is no maid service at all and that I would have to provide my own toilet paper and soap.
