Great resort the only thing they are a cashless resort so you really need to look at your statement. There was charges on my statement that didn't belong to me.

Reception woke me up on incorrect check out day and then i got locked out of my hotel room and it took at least 3 phone calls and text messages to get someone to let me into my room. Property is too inconvenient and rooms are far from reception to get an uber. I travel A LOT and would NOT recommend this property.

Beautiful maintained property. Not walkable to anything for older people but lyft was easy to use with quick pickups. We enjoyed our week there very much.

Amazing resort !! I have stayed in Marriott brands before . But this was one of the best . Comfy room and a lot of fun and amazing pools . Service was top class and I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. A reasonable price for the time I stayed. Would definitely recommend for a long trip to Orlando close to parks and the resort is great for a lazy day .

Room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Really enjoyed the pool and the grounds. Staff were really nice and helpful.

after flying across country from west coast and extremely tired , upon checking in we were hit up for the time share club . This is really not what a person wants upon checking in after long flight. The grounds were well kept and its a beautiful place. The rooms were clean but dated and very plane., poor plumbing in rooms, you can hear the toilet flush in the sinks with bad odors at times. low water pressure in shower making it difficult to wash long hair properly. staff was helpful and friendly.

Property was nice and all but took awhile to check in due to rooms being taken. Also, was told to attend a presentation for guests & what the property is & whatnot , but it was more of a sales opportunity which was never interested for but given false information. If that was the case, I wouldn’t had agreed or wasted my time. Also, the shower had some mildew from the ceiling & shower walls, hair was found on “clean” towels along with jacuzzi tub with stains & small critter bugs. Not sure what was going on but that’s all I can say

We requested a roll in shower room, very bad design of shower, all water flooded in the bathroom , they did not have any shower chair, we called the lobby to request one , they showed up 3 hours later with a piece of crap incomplete shower chair, not aceptable for a kind of hotel as a marriot

We were coaxed into doing their presentation for 90 minutes for their timeshare. We did not purchase as it just did not make sense to. We had to "reserve" a time for our room to be cleaned. We did and they never showed up. We had to text for clean towels and were told it would be 2 hours. We wanted to shower before going to dinner and did not hang up our old towels as we thought with the room cleaning we would have received new ones. We ended up begging them and house keeping did bring us new towels. They never offered to clean our room at a later date so we just dealt with it. At checkout their main concern was to make sure we either went to one of their presentations or if not they were offering discounts to come back. All and all it was at a good location in regards to what we wanted to do on our trip. I will look at other resorts when I plan our next trip.

Es war sehr sauber und es gab einen Pool etc also alles so weit gut. Leider kein Frühstück, dass man buchen konnte und man hat versucht mir beim Check out einen voucher zu verkaufen … aber ansonsten guter Service Preise für Sachen wie Pepsi (es gibt weder Cola noch eine Minibar) waren allerdings steil.

This was a great place to stay. We were very comfortable in our 1 bedroom king suite with a full kitchen. It allowed us to cook some meals and save some money on eating out. Two people slept in the bed and two people slept on the pull out couch. The pull out couch was too firm. The housekeeping once took 2 hours to deliver towels so we had to wait to shower. That was unacceptable and inconvenient. The shower had good water pressure. The shower was very fancy and had 3 water dispensers. The flowers on the property were beautiful and well maintained. The suite was missing a front closet for coats. The washer and dryer being present in the apartment was very convenient and useful. Dishwasher detergent and dish soap were provided. There was even a blender and a microwave and a full stove with oven and a coffee maker and a dishwasher. We used them all. It was great. We will stay here again. The balcony had a screen to prevent flies from coming in and during our stay, there were window cleaners cleaning the outside of the windows. We had a view of a golf course and we could see fish in the water on the golf course.

Pretty grounds, lots of options for things to do. Enjoyed the different pools. I did not enjoy being awoken early each morning on our stay- one morning they were pressure washing the roof and building at 7am and next day it was landscaping at 7am. Keep in mind this is a vacation club so they will try to sell you a time share at check in. Not sure I will return here as there many more options in Orlando at this price point.
