Loved this hotel! Room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but the room was enough for 4-5 people. Honestly wish I could've stayed longer! The free breakfast was really good too. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was great. We enjoyed the heated pool and convenience of RideShare to all the Universal Parks. The beds were super comfy. This room was a good size for our family of five. We had two TVs and a place for everyone to sleep. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room for our whole stay (four nights), and the trash piled up. Thankfully we had packed some large garbage bags. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice, but the chairs around the pool are old and one broke while we sat it in. Front desk staff was always pleasant, greeting us upon entering, and very helpful with any request. Would definitely book again.
