"とても綺麗なホテルでした。4/1のオープン日に泊まりましたが、種類豊富なアメニティバー、利便性の高い客室、チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるロビー、このホテルを選んで心から良かったと思いました。 特に部屋に洗濯機があって、使い切りの洗剤も置かれてました。洗濯後は浴室乾燥で4時間くらい乾かせば、帰ってから洗濯する手間も減って意外と嬉しい機能でした。アメニティバーには化粧水や乳液も置いてあって助かりました。 15階の廊下からは通天閣とあべのハルカスが綺麗に見えました。 また大阪に来る時は必ずここを選びます！"

"Big, clean, near everything "

"Location is acceptable. Quiet street but felt safe. Flat was big enough. It was clean. Washing machine is a big advantage. There was a small detergent as well.There is a special control unit for drying laundry inside bathroom which worked well. Only negative side is that there is not a cloth hanger inside. We hanged our clothes on bathtub curtain pipe. Free coffee tickets from the cafe at entrance was nice. They tasted good. "

"The hotel was so homey .We traveled with our children and they all enjoy it. They took care of every little detail and everything we needed was there. They provide enough good quality towels for everyone. They even give have a tooth brush and tooth paste to every family member. Our room had a washer and dryer and they even provided the laundry detergent. We forgot our credit card on the counter ant the self check in and they locate us and return it to us. We are very happy.
