"Curteous counter guy. Clean tidy room and bathroom. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. Pleasant adjustable shower, was better than I've found in much fancier more expensive places. The room was my least expensive option available at the time and still close enough to where I needed to be. Better than I expected for the money. The only "bad" thing, was a couple spots in bathroom where the wall was damaged by humidity and paint starting to peel a little. Very small area effected. Unit worked perfect for what I needed."

"I would highly recommend a stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Syracuse, NY. The room and property were very clean. The room was spacious. The staff were polite and answered all questions we had. I'm not usually an early riser, but I did catch the breakfast one morning and was satisfied and grateful for its convenience. Also, coffee/tea was available all day long which again was convenient and economical. Thank you."

"I like this hotel and for the price and convenience to Syracuse it is great. The decor is dated at this point (upgrades were maybe 90's?) but rooms are spacious and satisfactory, the restaurant is decent, the location is perfect for the farmers market, local restaurants, farms and the lake. Extremely nice staff-- a terrific option near Syracuse or while visiting lakes!"

"Overall good. Shampoo bottle in the shower was empty but we got little ones at the front desk. This is a pet friendly hotel and the room next door had a howling dog. It quit before bedtime fortunately."
