“We had a booking for 3 days but we check out in 2 dats only early i told front desk to cleans the room but they denied to clean and front desk behavior so rude i pay for my daughter extra per night they denied to give me extra blanket and pillow. That’s the worst experience i had at this resort.”

“Nothing to like. Neither elevator worked. Ice machines were not working, I tried 3 floors by stairs (due to elevator problems) Unsuccessfully Door to bathroom had to fist on it, not repaired. Breakfast was cold only, and limited at best. Pool closed Exercise room closed. Waterpark closed I felt bad for the young fellow on the Front Desk. He tried his best to help, but the circumstances against him were overwhelming. Priced low, but the only reason I booked there was Expedia seemed to...

“Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again”

“Hotel was convenient and offered a pool to relax, great food in the restaurant! Bed and pillows were very comfortable - we enjoyed our stay to visit the east end.”

“Very few amenities, snack bar closed the whole time. Took about half an hour at 10 pm when kids were exhausted to check in. Very slow staff and not very apologetic. Laser show nearby was only plus. Otherwise would recommend to find another hotel.”

“Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up. ”
