"Great value hotel in a very nice part of San Francisco. The biggest highlights are the location near the Golden Gate Bridge, the Cow Hollow neighborhood, and the easy included parking, which is a major plus in SF. The area feels safe, convenient, and close to a lot of things. The property itself is older, so don’t expect a modern luxury hotel, especially in the common areas. But the rooms are genuinely good, clean, nicely done, and seem recently renovated. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, and overall the hotel was exactly as described. A few downsides: there is no breakfast, no microwave in the room, and the TV was not a smart TV. It can also get a bit noisy if your room faces the road because the windows are not very soundproof. Overall, I had no real concerns. If the price is reasonable and you want to stay in a good SF neighborhood with parking included, this is a very solid choice."

"Thread bare torn sheets. Torn shower curtain. Bed lamp with non-working-USB port and defective electric outlet burned up my USB charger and damaged the charging function on my smart phone. No restitution yet for damages to my personal property."
