"We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleanliness. Front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. I slept very good and I enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. "

"Burger & other food left in the refrigerator from previous guest. Had to replace a lightbulb right when we arrived. Shower never got above lukewarm. Refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold. Half of the TV stations didn’t receive a signal. (One good note: They did send a kind engineer who offered to replace the refrigerator and attempt to work on the shower water temp, but it was already 9pm at night and we were leaving the next day.)"

"The property was clean, and the staff were helpful—almost everyone was exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious, and although the pool area was small, it offered plenty of seating, including a few cabanas. The heated pool was especially appreciated given the cold weather. Our room didn’t include an ironing board like the second room we reserved but we didn’t end up needing it, and I’m sure it would have been provided if requested. The lobby also features several games, which are a nice touch for passing the time."

"The page for this hotel said there was an airport shuttle. That is false! And it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. We ended up with a $65 cab ride plus tip to get there. They do have a car/driver to take you to the cruise port, but a cab is less expensive. Gotta fix that airport shuttle thing on the hotels.com site."

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was great. It's better to go for breakfast around 7:30, because after 8:30 there will be a line to get a table."

"The hotel room itself was pretty clean besides the toilet being a little dusty, everything else was clean. Note that the water pressure is quite weak in the shower. The room also lacked refrigeration and a microwave. The WiFi worked well enough. "
