It was just all ok. The best thing about the room was the AC worked great. The staff seemed indifferent. Cleanliness. Sub Par. I’m just glad it was fro only 1 night.

The property is old and in need of a refresh. Our first room smelled like wet musty carpet and the staff quickly accommodated a change for us. The breakfast was pretty shabby and not sufficient amounts for the number of guests there. If staying in this exact location matters more than anything, I’d recommend it. If you’d prefer something updated, stay 20 mins away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And given the age of the building our rom was very clean.

Just OK across the board, if not slightly below average for the price. Things were generally clean and comfortable, though the carpets could’ve been a little cleaner (especially near baseboards), and the interiors are just generally a little bit older. Breakfast was bland…cereal, bagels, etc…and sausage. No eggs, no pastries, etc. though…which is odd. I was there three nights, and my room was never even made up. When I mentioned this to the front desk and check out, I was told you have to ask for your room to be made up. After 3 nights? There are usually better options for the money.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed.

This hotel is located in a great spot but it needs an overhaul way bad. The check in area and carpet is so dirty, the room is okay but the bathroom is tiny and wasn’t very clean. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast was a sad effort. If there is a youth group ahead of you, don’t expect anything to be left. They don’t restock very well. I hate to leave a bad review but I wish I had read into the place better. I’m not sure if there is a better option in the area so I’m sure they will continue to have guest.
