“Room was dirty. No hot water. Couldn’t get bottled water check in was a nightmare as well as checkout ”

“I wish I could give the staff 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Professional, accommodating and super nice staff. Whatever we ask them, they did it with a smile. For example, we were going on a tour and they loaned us towels that we returned upon our return. Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel!”

“Knowing this wasn’t a 5-star hotel, our expectations were low. We arrived here at the end of a week-long travel and were surprised at how this was the perfect stop for the night before our flight from Liberia. We loved this motel-style stop and there was a small breakfast included that had something for everyone. ”

“Unfortunately, the included shuttle wasn’t available for us because all shuttles early in the morning were full. We were offered a taxi at an exorbitant $30. There’s an easy solution run another shuttle! Or have a driver on standby for those that don’t fit in the shuttle. Or offer to pay for the taxi. These early flights run every day. Fix it. ”

I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. “Nice room with perfectly renovated bathroom (I had #2). Good air condition and bed. Perfect for a quick early morning drive to the airport. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise). Coffee available in lobby, nice surroundings and friendly bilingual personal, easy check in. Great value, recommended! ”
