โThis was our third stay and first time in the "standard" room, which we found not spacious enough. Our previous stays were in the 1 and 2 bedroom units which are very spacious. The balcony was a needed and enjoyed feature. The room was very clean and well appointed in storage, particularly the large bed drawers. Service (after check-in) was excellent. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Marjorie made it right. The hotel texted us to see if we needed anything and an employee came to the door...
โThis hotel is located in center of the small town and near by kinsmen beach. Very comfortable bedding and good equipment (tea, coffee, amenities, fridge, etc) Very good price. But sraff who helped me for check in, needed for kind and nice. โ
โChalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasnโt a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. โ
โAmazing! She thought of so many little extras. Not only was the house tastefully decorated but the mattress was the best Iโve ever slept in. The kitchen has every thing, utensils and dishes for toddlers, wrappers for food to go, healthy food choices, staples in fridge, etc. the bedroom was all windows looking out at treetops, great black out curtains, black make up cloth, plush bath mat, lighted shower, plentiful soft towels, 2sinks with lots of counter space and storage cupboards below, ...
โThe views from this hotel room and the 2 balconies that faced west and north, were absolutely stunning. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. โ
