I will not book a room through Hotels.com ever again. I would avoid a Best Western altogether in the future. We booked a suite and got a room. The pictures on the website do not depict the room you are purchasing. The exterior looks good but the rooms have yet to be updated. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, the arms on the chair were dirty. Breakfast was not good. There was no apple juice, the orange juice was nasty. The sausages were not good, eggs was unavailble. The only thing I enjoyed was the waffles."

"My room had construction happeing insode. Tools and flashlights. Plus a hole in the wall and the dresser wasnt in place. An open ac heat box and unit were just open and layes on the table. A mess! "
