“The property looks better online than it does in person. Staff will just stare you as a guest. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of two waffle makers, eggs, pork sausage, biscuits, and potatoes. All cooked in the microwave. My biggest complaint would be the lack of cleanliness. During my stay I watched the housekeeper walk around the facility with the same blue gloves he had on cleaning out the rooms. “We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!”
