The rooms had roaches there was no hot water. The TV is only had six channels called front desk told me I had to let the water run for 20 to 30 minutes and it would heat up. Didn’t even offer a different room. The whole entire stay was just ridiculous. Go to the next exit.

Hard to find, direction we're vague. Blackout curtains only came down half way, let too much light in at night. Made it hard to sleep. Receptionist was very pleasant and informative.

I could see out the top, lock side and bottom of the door. Towel rack in bathroom was ready to fall out of the wall. Shower head was so high I could not reach it.

floor hadn't been swept in at least 2 weeks. actually had balls of hair rolling across the floor. hair in the shower. However, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Okay but could be better
The pool wasn't open. The lady working the front desk said the pump was broke and the water was green. When I looked at it the water was moving and it was blue. It needed to be cleaned, but not broke. One of the pictures had a broken glass. Finally, when I asked for a downstairs room. I was informed that they were almost full and there were none available. As we were leaving the next morning. We walked by two rooms on the ground floor that had not been used.

Not a very well maintained property. Smoke alarm was beeping and I was told to take it down myself and bring the battery to the office. Once I did they had no batteries. Sink was stopped up but they did unstop it the next day. This place is older with really small rooms and really needs a major update for the price.

Great Stay in Paris, Kentucky
My stay was very nice. The hotel was so peaceful and quiet. The office staff was very welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this location to anyone travelling in the Paris, Kentucky region.

Saty was good, room clean, breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Had paid for room in advanceand did not like being asked to give my credit card information upon arrival just in case of any damage to the room being done. But I complied, with the assurance no charges would be made upon inspection.

Kelly at the front desk was wonderful, but the hotel needs upgrades. We had no smoke detector. Hallways smell/ needs a deep cleaning.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but had a moldy smell and the hallway rug had a terrible odor. The outside was dilapidated with broken fences, un emptied trash and poor signage. The “ free” breakfast was abysmal: stale bagels hard as a rock, sparse at best ! I will travel two exits up and look for another brand next visit. This was a bitter disappointment. The staff is not responsible for what the company provides them to work with. This is not a reflection on them!

I loved the breakfast and I felt very safe. The security of the building limited access to the rooms with a key card to the hotel facility and for the room. Parking was no problem.

Nice place to spend the night
Room was great. My only complaint was the stairs but y’all did not make it difficult for me to go up and down the stairs. That’s on me. Actually the stairs were wide, excellent grip bars and well maintained steps. The staff were great, the room was very clean and comfortable and that’s what’s important. I’ll be back! But hopefully on the ground floor…

Comfortable Stay
Our room was very comfortable and clean. This is an older hotel…the room was a little musty at first, until the air circulated the room. There were two separate buildings. The first one, where the check in office and breakfast area was located….had exterior corridors. The second building where we stayed had interior corridors. It wasn’t convenient to go into the next building for breakfast. A local diner did the trick though.

The office appeared nice and updated along with the breakfast area. Front desk staff was befuddled. I noted clutter and notes taped to the glass behind the desk, not so well kept. Waited 20 minutes while clerk tried to correct a booking issue for another customer who had reserved 2 non-smoking rooms and actually given 1 non-smoking and 1 smoking rooms. Then it was discovered she’d assigned the customer to an already occupied room. The customer ended up cancelling and left and had to remind the clerk to return her her credit card. The confusion continued with my check-in. The clerk was in a state of disarray and appeared extremely confused. I have some physical limitations but managed to haul all my luggage up a flight of stairs only to discover my room was also occupied. After locating the owner, I finally got a room. The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest, spiderwebs on several walls, headboard to the bed was not clean and food debris was on the lamp base. There was a significant gap in between the entry door and the frame, large enough small rodents and such could pass. The building is slightly outdated as there were no USB ports for electronic devices. The morning breakfast was nice and met all my expectations. I have stayed in worse establishments but this is near the bottom of the list. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if there are other options available. The owner commented it had been a freak day with the computer system, that didn’t change the state of the room.
