Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"

"This hotel is conveniently located near CDG Paris airport. Signs in airport clearly show where to go for hotels and tram. We got off at stop for our hotel (5 min on tram) another 5 minute walk to hotel! Would stay again. Super modern, clean and quiet from airport noise. Nice bar and restaurant in hotel. Rooms are very small. One side of bed was against the wall, so if you are two people, one needs to climb over the other to get out of bed. No problem for one night. Staff very friendly. It’s self check in but two staff were there to help us!"

"For an upgraded "Executive" room it was small (not even close to the photos advertised). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with many options."

"The hotel was OK but need renovation of some rooms. Furniture was rundown and deteriorated. We wxpected better amount of towels snd toiletries.breakfast and food in general was excellent."
Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly."

"Room was perfect- cheap and cheerful for a DLP visit! The staff were so quick to accommodate my request of a twin room for me and my friend. Couple of things to bear in mind: the bus from DLP doesn't run late enough for you to catch after the fireworks- we ended up taking Uber which was a nightmare to order at that time of night. Another small thing was that we like to fill up our water bottles at night before heading back to room but there was nowhere obvious to do this. We eventually found a filtered water station in the gym which was handy! Will stay again, extremely good value for money!"

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."
