“Very untrained staff. Suggestion, do not have a greeter by the elevator when they are unaware of the property. They sent my self and my three kids to olive at 3pm for lunch. When clearly they only have an extremely limited happy hour menu. Next time we will choose a different hotel. On top of that, $35 for resort fee… resort ? I would consider it close to a Hampton inn or something like that.”

“Still has daily housekeeping. Very nice. 2026 summer beach in entire area covered in seaweed. Building is old. Air conditioning is noisy. Bar excellent. Expected parking fee. Unexpected $40 per day resort fee. Very disappointing. Entitled guests. Noisy children.”

“The room was clean but smelled like weed when we first arrived. The staff were lovely. The hallways were not air conditioned which was ridiculous in the summer in Florida. That would be a reason I would not return or recommend the hotel. Coffee was very nice in the lobby.”

“We have spent our anniversary at Suntower for the past 3 years and love it. Our suite this time could use a bit of renovation TLC, but was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is conveniently available but is costly. You can find metered street parking nearby. Hotel’s Sandbar Restaurant is right on the beach and offers a varied menu. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent! We’ll be back next year!”

“It was located in a very quiet and peaceful area by lake. I could relax for a couple of days enjoyng tranquility. Also staffs are quite helpful. I will recommend this hotel to many of my friends. Thanks!!!”
