River Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff was helpful before, during and after my stay!"

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago

10/10 Excellent

"Would stay again."

The Chicago Hotel Collection - Magnificent Mile

10/10 Excellent

"Clean. Sweet staff. Didn’t try breakfast. But the rooftop bar 10/10"

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

8/10 Good

"This turned out to be an excellent alternative in River North during a period of very expensive accommodations in Chicago. It’s a great concept where Kasa occupies several floors of an older condominium building and runs them like an embedded hotel. There is a separate desk which was a bit of an issue when other guests have a complicated issue. It is only staffed from 11a-7p by a single person and a fully remote check in process should be available considering my identification was collected beforehand and the rooms are accessed via coded lock. The accommodations are dated (not unexpected) but very spacious and comfortable with fine views of the city scape. Food options are plentiful within a couple blocks including Whole Foods/ Amazon Grocery which allows one to make use of the kitchen on extended stays I would imagine. It is also convenient to the Red Line train into the Loop. Overall, really pleasant stay and I had not explored River North adequately before in numerous business trips to the city. Will definitely consider Kasa again when the need arises and it most certainly will given hotel price fluctuations of Chicago. Only maintenance issue was the door latch was stuck open. It was not a huge problem as the Yale smart lock is separate so the room could still be secured."

Hotel Saint Clair- Magnificent Mile
