“Arrived late but was attended to out of hours and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.”

“It was amazing and nice stay .”

“Staff and locals very friendly to outsiders. We loved being at the house with the locals and there dogs. We were missing ours so much! Food delicious, and the sightseeing around and near village was gorgeous!!”

“Perfect place for our trip to Edinburgh! We loved staying in Leith as a way to decompress from our busy city days. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and beautiful. The hospitality at 3 John’s was exceptional. We would happily stay here again.”

“We loved the location And the food was great at the restaurant But it was noisy in the room At night into the wee hours with doors slamming. And the staff were not always present at the desk”

“The staff was amazing! the room itself was wonderful!! we were upgraded to the Steering Flat and it surpassed our expectations, very nautical. we loved it. the only down side is no TV but it was still a great stay! 10/10 would recommend. If we ever find ourselves in Leith we will definitely be back here to stay !”

“The price was affordable than edinburgh's hotels. If you travel to edinburgh, I reccomand this hotel.”

“The only downside to this property really was the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely humid when we were there and no way to remove the humidity from the room. But it wasn't hot or anything, so not a big deal. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great, everything worked well. I especially loved how declining service came with a perk or a charity donation.”

“Very poor in cleaness and amnesties”

“CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly.”

“진짜 깨끗하고 좋아요. 직원분들 모두 친절”

“Great place, in a great location 😄”
