"Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. We particularly liked the egg station at breakfast over the weekend. Overall...

"Its a new hotel, breakfast was ok. Room was spacious but quite hot until you turn the air con on. Bathroom is small. You need to press hot water switch approx 20min before taking a shower to activate it. Location is ok, near residential area, some cafes and restaurants around the corner. If you use grab, its easy to get around the city = within 10min you can visit many tourist places. I didnt mind my stay here. Didnt hate it. Didnt love it."

"The walls are made of sheetrock, and you can actually hear your neighbour fart.But there are not just farts, but families with noisy kids. The Spa doesn't work even though it is Tet festival, snd the hotel is full.And finally-electric fuse was found in the bathroom right next to the shower- DANGER!!! "
