"Bedroom was clean. Bathroom was clean. Room was spacious. Wi-Fi internet connection was approximately 20mbs. A comfortable stay. A bit away from central Hue, but it’s a great value. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Very upscale hotel. We opted to upgrade our room and it was definitely worth the extra money. We had a room with floor to ceiling windows on the 19th floor with a great view of the city. Very large room and bathroom. Amazing shower and bath. Air con worked great. Loved the fan above the bed as well. Bed was very comfy. Quiet room. Pool area was great with a bar and awesome views. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Would stay again. "

"Delightful stay. We loved the room, it was spacious, light and lovely to sit on the balcony. Quiet, peaceful surrounds. Many mosquitos around the area. Great to have free bicycle use, although some bikes needed a good service. Breakfast was ok, slightly limited for vegetarians, a fruit plate would be enjoyed for each guest. We would return for another stay out of, but very accessible to, the city centre. Safety deposit box in room would be helpful "

Bedroom and bathroom lovely and comfortable but our terrace looked out on the street and it was v noisy so it kept me waking up throughout the night. Breakfast was a very good offering! The jazz singer and band band was great on Friday night and a lovely surprise! It feels very big (unnecessary so) with huge empty space that lacks atmosphere big time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel overall but staff were v nice!"
