"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Most of the staff, especially those at the pool area, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were just a few areas that could be improved. We requested assistance to have the water fountain in our private swimming pool turned on, but unfortunately no one came after we called. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was disappointing since we were looking forward to enjoying all of the villa’s features.
We also found the food policy a bit inconvenient. Outside food is not allowed in the villa, which can be challenging for families traveling with young children. One of the reasons we booked a villa was because it included a kitchen. However, there were no utensils or basic kitchen equipment available for use, making the kitchen essentially unusable. Considering the premium price of the villa, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped.
Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. With a few improvements, this would easily be a perfect vacation destination."
"Fantastic stay at the Best Western Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the night market. The travel desk was very helpful in organising day trips to both the north and south of Phu Quoc. Highly recommended!"
"My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here. It is the most interesting and beautiful place in Phu Quoc in our opinion. Very peaceful, tropical, natural and unique. The staff, especially Mr Kyle were so friendly and generous.
The place is quiet, laid back. Not a busy huge property so felt secluded and tranquil. Lovely breakfast and architecture. Wonderful pool.
Easy walk to other restaurants and massage spa etc so no need to drive anywhere else.
Truly recommend staying here and will do again one day!"
