"Very convenient to the Pavilion and beach access and all of the gift shops and restaurants… 2 pools and a Tiki bar… great water pressure for Hot showers and very friendly and knowledgeable staff… I had a great time and will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends…"

"The room was really nice and the newly updated shower with the rainfall shower head was great. I will stay at this location for our next trip.it is also in a great location to just walk to food, bars, the 16th Ave pier, and sopping."

"This hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, which is a great perk. However, the pool area is quite crowded with chairs that are way too close together, leaving no privacy at all. Our first room was a major letdown. It was extremely musty and moldy, and the bedsheets were practically drenched in the humidity. Thankfully, the staff was kind and moved us to another room. While it was still a bit musty, it was significantly better than the first room."

"The resort is a very upscale facility. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that when I checked out and saw my bill. There was so much "nickel and diming". For example, we got an "HHI Destination Charge" of $3 for every day we stayed and the money is not the problem but what is it? We rented the beach chairs and umbrella at the shore for one day. The advertised price was $35. When I got my bill, it came to $53. Every day we had a $45 "Resort Service Charge". So even though we paid for the stay up front, we received a lot of extra charges. Just beware."
