“We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...

“We stayed for our first family trip to celebrate our babies first birthday. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was so helpful with recommendations to find a birthday cake! I have to stress that the location to the pier and shops/restaurants was perfect. Everything was OK but then as soon as I got into the bathroom and use the toilet, a damn near fell off because of loose bolts. It looked to be somewhat of a brand new toilet.
