Room was not clean and it had a very bad smell in it. Water will not heat most of the time we had to shower with cold water. I paid for a balcony room and instead I was given a room with no balcony. I told the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. Property location is good, it is close to 5th Avenue so that was our only plus. Will not stay again !

Muy buena ubicación a tan solo unos pasos de la quinta avenida, pero con la suficiente distancia para descansar. Al personal de recepción y del estacionamiento les falta ser amables, pero de ahí en fuera muy recomendado.

Honestly this stay was not at all good, to begin with the air conditioning on the room we were given didn't work, so after multiple attempts to fix it and no luck they had to change us to a different rooms, the rooms make you claustrophobic for the lack of windows and light, the elevator was the smallest and slowest elevator I have ever seen, and they only have 1. it takes you to the smallest parking garage, out to the smell of trash and every time to go out or get in, you have to physically walk to the main entrance to ask for the door to be open. worst experience ever.!

Este hotel se ve tuvo sus buenos tiempos. Las fotos no coinciden ya para nada con su estado actual. Las habitaciones están súper descuidadas la madera húmeda, óxido en botes de basura, regadera, llaves, elegimos el mejor rango disponible de habitaciones y pues hubiera sido lo mismo que elegir la habitación sencilla. Se ve que no han dado mantenimiento en un tiempo. La limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear. El piso estaba súper sucio. El agua y las cápsulas de café nunca fueron repuestas en 3 noches de estancia. El desayuno bien solo tener en cuenta que no incluye ninguna bebida. No sentí los servicios de un hotel propiamente sino de un cuarto en renta. Definitivamente no volveré a quedarme aquí y no lo recomiendo. Por el mismo precio o menos hay mucho mejores alojamientos en playa del Carmen.

Las instalaciones estaban bien, solicite durante los 5 dias de mi estancia una secadora y el chico de recepcion nada amable nunca me la dio. El baño tenia una fuga, el desayuno estuvo rico pero el ultimo dia de mi estancia nos negaron el servicio. Deberian poner mas atencion en el trato al cliente. Para su estancia en playa del carmen si lo recomiendo, solo tomen en cuenta esos detalles.

Good thing about the hotel is that the area is very safe . Breakfast is including but not the drinks, they should be clear on that. Also room wasn’t that clean… the bathroom could’ve used some new accessories. But overall it was ok

It was an OK hotel for the time we stayed, 8 days. The ridiculously loud music from the rooftop, was very anti-social in my opinion as not everybody was here to party. When we had an issue, it was hard to find someone to assist us at the reception. Breakfast was ok, I understand that they are trying to make extra cash by charging for drinks but in this case, the clients need to be informed about the property in the description so the client can decide accordingly. The description informed us that there was an extra fee for airport pick-up when I tried to book I was told that it is not a service they offer. The rooftop is gorgeous, great swimming pools. Very nice decor in the common areas.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.

Me gustó mucho, el hotel es pequeño pero tiene algunos detalles bonitos. Queda a sólo 1 cuadra de la 5ta avenida dónde encuentras de todo y tmb. Está muy cerca de la playa. Otra cosa que está de 10 es que te incluye el desayuno, todo muy bueno.

O hotel é novo e com boas condições de manutenção. Fica muito próximo dum extremo da 5. Avenida com bons restaurantes e diversão. A única questão negativa foi o pequeno almoço incluído, que foi necessário pagar à parte as bebidas (???!!!??), mas não tinha sido anunciado na reserva. É lamentável está falta de informação prévia.
