"This place was amazing, Manuel at the front door entrance was more than a worker he made me feel like family coming home. Manuel mention places I can visit sight see and eat. He was extremely helpful. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly, the food was amazing one of my favorites part were the lil round blue tortilla with butter and salt. My partner and I got a morocco massages the 2 ladies there were amazing I believe one of their names was Erika. Housekeeping ladies were sweet and nice and had our room clean. The guy at bar (bald guy) I totally forgot his name. He was nice too, he also gave some pointers to checkout and eat. Overall this place is amazing and I can’t wait to come back. Oh and location was the best you are close to everything u can walk everywhere no need for a taxi just walk. Unless you want to go to Zapopan or tlatelpaque u can uber 20 min away."

"El hotel estaba bien, comodo y bien ubicado. No se si era temporal o no pero el agua tenia olor a cloaca, tanto de la ducha como del toilett y pila del bano. Eso fue dificil pues el olor invade toda la habitacion. Fuera de eso el hotel esta muy bien, tiene una ubicacin muy cercana a la zona de la catedral. Me gusto el area"

"The air conditioning keeped the room super cool. The rioom was clean and the staff was super helpful in every problem we had it got resolved. The room does not a refrigerator in the room and the hotel does not have ice makers in the hallways.The hotel is close to the guadalajara centro, no taxi needed."
