“Clean, organized room with perfect location inside the Village in Big Bear. The room was warm with the gas fire going while we checked in. Smooth process to check-in remotely. Staff is helpful, reliable, and easy to reach. Comfortable bed and pillows! Very very spacious room; full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable couch and large front room even with the spa there (didn’t use). Parking easy to find with directions from staff that were texted before check-in.”

“Great stay”

“We arrived early. We were able to get into our cabin. We did not realize linen and towels were not available so we had to purchase for our stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked to most places.”

“Nice location. Room was adequate by no means luxury. Walls were very thin and you could hear anyone walking outside. Was an OK stay”

“좋음”

“The room was very clean, and super comfortable. The weather was rainy and cold, inside the room was quiet and cozy. The heater works well. There’s plenty of parking and a restaurant downstairs that opens at 7am. The restaurant has a large menu at very reasonable prices. This was a perfect stay, will return”

“Check in is at 3. We arrived at 4. They tried to give us a queen room and told us it was a king. We had to wait over an hour for them to clean a king room for us. The staff was helpful however the lodge was VERY understaffed.”

“내가 예약한 방(2 queen bed room)과 전혀 다른방(1 queen and 장애인지원방)을 배정해주었고, 사과조차없었음. 위생이 의심이 되는 간이 침대를가져다주며, 똑같은것이라고 주장함. 몹시 불쾌했음. 침구류 위생상태 매우불량함. Never book here!”

“I love the location and very impress with the service and communication ”

“Good location. Most amazing towels. Next to very busy road. I completed the online check in. But had not received the code nor the room number. I called the number posted on the locked front door. I called three times. No answer. I contacted Expedia. Who directed me back to message from site. I finally got thru to the agent who was very curt and sounded rude when I asked for assistance. Very upsetting for a check in experience.”
