"The property and staff are as expected. We enjoyed our time here. My only dissapointment is that when the airline delivered our lost luggage to the hotel they failed to notify us it was in their storage. There it stayed untill we tracked it down just before our departure."

"I stayed in the community bathroom/shower section. I thought it was super neat, reminded me of a hostel many years ago but fancier. The room is large by height, you have to climb a ladder to get to your bed, think bunk bed. Once you get up to bed you have charger outlets, tv, ambient lighting switch. Location is directly across the street from ferries, a block away from all the restaurants and shops. Parking is an extra $20. I would definitely rent a car if you’re staying more than a couple of days and want to explore. It was not worth it for me to rent for the day, unless you have all your plans mapped out. Great hotel! Very kind staff!!"

"We had our dinner on the rooftop restaurant. I had the raw beef and it was delicious. Female saxophone player for a while. Breakfast was good. My only real complaint was that our shower was totally out of shampoo and body wash. The first floor waiting area is beautiful and comfortable for waiting in after checking out. Shower available before taxi to airport. "
