“When I returned home I looked at reviews outside of Expedia and found most rated the resort a 4 stars - expedia 4.5 stars. The most common complaint was overpriced. This was not evident in the Expedia reviews. Aside from being one of the worst value for the money of any hotel I’ve stayed in, the staff were usually unhelpful, mostly due to lack of training, and a general lower quality of staff that you find at 3 star hotels. “Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.”
