My only issue was that I booked an ocean-view room and we couldn't see the ocean unless we went out on the patio. Overall, we had a nice stay. "We really enjoyed our stay at Kauai Inn! The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of wildlife to keep you company. You will be greeted by many roosters, their resident cats, and even peacocks! The complimentary breakfast was as basic as it gets - bagels, croissants, cereal, fruit, coffee, and tea. There is free parking, a pool, live music on certain week nights, and movie night on Saturdays. They rent out snorkel gear and beach towels as well. It is located close to the airport and other local restaurants. Overall we would absolutely return here if we visit Kauai again!"

"I recently stayed at OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa and would give it 4 stars. The property was very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient to the airport and several attractions, and there is a restaurant on the property. I also enjoyed the drinks from the bar! The resort is currently undergoing construction, so depending on where you are, you may hear some loud noise. It didn't really bother me, it was more of a “wow, that's loud” moment. I understand that work needs to be done, and the construction workers were very professional and respectful. They kept to themselves and never made guests feel uncomfortable, even when people were walking around in swimsuits. I did walk down to the beach, but there wasn't really anywhere to lay out, and the waves were too large for swimming during my stay. Part of the pool area was also closed, although I'm not sure why. My only real issue was housekeeping. My room was not serviced after my first night, even though the website states rooms are serviced daily. I didn't report it because I returned exhausted after spending the entire day exploring. I enjoyed my stay and found the staff very friendly. However, I personally spend most of my vacations out exploring, so I didn't use the pools, spa, fitness center, or other resort amenities. For my travel style, I'd probably choose a less expensive hotel next time rather than paying additional fees."

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"
