"The hotel is newly renovated. Foods and cocktails at the bar are good. Our room is very clean. The staff at the check out was not so nice. And no receipt was provided after couple months of check out."

"We returned to the Kauai palms for a second stay during our Kauai visit due to cancellation from storm damage at another property we had planned. The Kauai palms staff had already returned this property to a condition where you couldn’t tell a hurricane had just taken place. On top of that, one of the staff members (Leidel) who had helped us earlier in the week recognized us by name and welcomed us back to the property. That’s a rare thing in today’s busy large corporate business environment. The smaller, more personal vibe we got from this property and staff will definitely bring us back during our next visit to Kauai."

"A great place for our 50th Anniversary. This is a beautiful resort. The food is great at the on-site restaurant Holoholo Grill. The resort has a mini mart The Gourmet Marketplace was very useful. This resort is about 1/2 mile from SHOPS AT KUKUIULA for shopping and many dining options. Ample parking at the resort. A short drive to Shipwreck Beach."

"We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests. Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane."
