"Even though it was after the hurricane and not, everybody was on board for tourists, I had a wonderful time. The staff treated me like family, the grounds were still beautiful and the hula and ukulele lessons in the lobby were wonderful. Everyone there treated me with great aloha and even without a car it was a great place to be when I come back to this is where I stay."

"Free banana muffin with my breakfast? I don’t know if that’s Shay’s the case, but it was a darned delicious surprise. Very clean room. Great location. Free bike rental for guests. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel."
Kaua'i Palms Hotel

"I asked for a lower level room due to mobility issues and not only was I accommodated but was given an upgrade due to their having some residual damage from the hurricane.I would definitely stay there again .The staff was great"

Aston Islander on the Beach

"The best features was the location on the beach and we had a balcony over looking the beach. The other positive was the proximity to the Coconut Market- walking distance to shops and restaurants. However it was not well lit at night so it could be hazardous walking. More lights are definitely needed. Our unit was also in need of an upgrade. The staff was helpful but they are not always available at the front desk."

"Amazing pool area and beach right on premises. Never an issue finding chairs at either. Staff was very friendly. Nearby shopping and additional restaurants as well as convenience stores a big plus. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Will return"
Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort

"The Sheraton was our go-to when we evacuated Poipu due to hurricane Lowell. They were very accommodating providing food, water, etc even when no power was available in our room. Can’t say enough about how sweet the staff was during our stay, even though they were extremely shorthanded."
