“For our first visit to Italy, this hotel, Perugia and all at Locanda Stella truly were the kindest most caring people. They took care of us from the start, got to know us and what we liked and preferred and had that ready for us each morning at breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean and super comfortable and the view could not be beat. We fell in love with this hotel and its owners and can not wait to go back. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This place exceeds all expectations!! We will...

“Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.”

“Quite, clean place. The restaurant is also good. A bit difficult to find the location even with a car navigator. You need a car to reach to this place without difficulty.”

“Beautiful views of the countryside. Ample breakfast with lots of choices. Room simple but great value.”

“Very nice and caring hosts. Nice place, easy nice short walk into the old town.”

“Best place on my trip by a long shot”

“Room was much smaller than expected as they include a 100 sq plus outdoor patio in the room size measurement”

“Great breakfast. Noisy during Wine festival until 2 a.m.”

“Staff was so kind. Hotel is on third floor but staff carried our luggages to the third floor. Breakfast was nice. Location is easy to get the main plaza.”
