“The Residenza is located at the upper end of the Old Town with a wonderful view of the Umbrian countryside. The room is large, clean, and neat - with something very important to as - a great shower! The staff - led by Gonzalo - was great, friendly and efficient. Our stay of two weeks made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommended and our thanks to the entire team.”

“Staff was so kind. Hotel is on third floor but staff carried our luggages to the third floor. Breakfast was nice. Location is easy to get the main plaza.”

“Le camere sono nuove, di qualità eccellente e tenute benissimo. Pulizia ottima. L’hotel si trova in centro, proprio sulla via principale. Alcune delle camere si affacciano proprio sulla via principale. Da qui a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti di interesse. La colazione a buffet è ottima e molto variegata, con prodotti di qualità. Il personale è disponibile e discreto.”

“Convenient location quite close to old centre with several supermarkets nearby. The apartment contained a sauna for one and there was a washing machine and dryer in the laundry on the same floor. Apartment includes fridge and induction plate, but no oven or grill. Shower adequate and hairdryer. In general, perfect for a one-week stay.”

“시설이 깔끔하고 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 숙박 기간동안 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 구 시가지로 가는 에스컬레이터와 위치가 가깝고 호텔 바로 아래에 버스 터미널이 있습니다.”

“로마 테르미니역으로부터 걸어서 10-15분정도 떨어져 있어 접근성은 우수한편은 아니지만 그런대로 좋은편이다. 호텔 내부는 매우 청소가 잘되어 있어 가족이 쉬는데에는 우수하였다. 아침식사도 비교적 우수한편임. 주변분위기는 매우 좋지는 않았지만 그런대로 괜찮았다. 단지 에어콘이 방에서 온도 조절이 않되어서 전화로 카운터에 이야기 해야 했던 것이 좀 불편하였다. 영여가 사용가능하였다. ”
