“Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

“Overall the staff were helpful, food is also good This is not a cheap place to stay at so you would expect a few basics The WiFi was so slow you couldn’t get Amazon or Netflix on We were in room 7 without A/C hot on the 13/7/26 We opened the windows the noise from the traffic was deafening There are other hotels in this area with better facilities, I will look at them next time I am in the area”

“Second visit to The Chase hotel, very pleased with everything. Nice rooms, comfy bed. Haven’t tried breakfast but ate from the lounge menu in the evening which was very good.”
