"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."

"Like many cities in Europe, the "old" areas are a bit dirtier and there is a lot of graffiti. The streets are narrow and uneven so walking is a challenge."
