"Staff were excellent and made such a fuss of my mum on her birthday . The only ( and this is not huge) strange thing was that the bar closed at 9.30pm which was rather odd, but this did not deter from a fabulous stay , we will be back "

"We stayed for one night, arriving after 9pm. Check-in was quick and efficient. We had a pleasant stay in a family room with very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t use the dining facilities, we were greeted by the aroma of delicious food upon arrival. The free car park is a great feature, and the hotel’s location is peaceful and lovely. Thank you. "

"Ive been staying here on business for about 7 years now and i keep coming back, so it must be doing something right. My only criticisms would be that the quality and service at breakfast dont match that of the evening and the parking is a bit tight. These two things aside its spot on and I'd definitely recommend 👌 "

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"The towels were not changed, but that was our fault. There is a sign saying leave them in the shower to change but we didn't see it until this morning. My only minor whinge is that the waste bin wasn't emptied But I advise book with breakfast included, truly great breakfast's served there."

"We had a lovely stay at Plas Y Bryn Manor. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of character, once home to David Lloyd George, one of the UK’s former prime ministers. From the moment we arrived, our host gave us a really warm welcome and shared a bit about the history, which made it feel extra special. The breakfast staff were all so friendly and polite. The complementary breakfast was a highlight – it felt really social sitting around a long antique table in the main reception hall. The location is perfect too: peaceful and quiet with stunning mountain views, and you can even see the water in the distance. There’s plenty to do nearby as well. We came for the Menai Food Festival and the next day went cycling around Anglesey, which was brilliant. All in all, it’s a great mix of history, comfort, and incredible scenery – a wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway."
