“Staff very helpful ”

“Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed. Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot. Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too. Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came. Hotel would not...

“This hotel is in a great position overlooking st Michael’s mount. The beautiful long beach is right on your doorstep. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. Food at the hotel is of excellent quality with plenty of choice.”

“The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...
